- Small formatting and grammatical edits

- Changed Physical TN scaling for small and tiny characters. Small characters now apply the +1 bonus to only dodge reactions rather than a raw increase to physical TN, and tiny characters have their physical TN bonus reduced to +1. Change is targeted at rebalancing small player races
